We went to visit some hip hotels.  One of my favorite one was Standard.  It was like a cool summer house with mid-century style furniture and potteries.  Very airy and laid back.  The swiming pool and the bar are along/above the ocean.  I’d love to stay there for a week and just enjoy the sun.   My other favorite was Delano, Alice in Wonderland.  Those two are both surreal in thier own way and I loved experiencing being in their space.
