New life

I can not believe it’s been almost 5 months since last time I was here.

Let’s see…

I moved! with someone! Big thing. BIG.
Two days after we finished moving, I went back to Japan and had a great time.
Oh I got an Artist visa!

Came back. Started a whole new life in a different environment with another human being.

Trying to get my business going.

And now, it is May 10th.
It went like a whistle. An airy whistle, no sound.

Amidst of craziness,
I’ve been trying to organize my new studio space
so that I can paint. Water color.
I stopped making excuses not to start,
so I painted something. Amethyst.
She was sitting in front of me on my table.
Turned out a little bit like a stomachache.
I didn’t mean to.

And my friend asked me to do some cat drawings.
He didn’t like them, so I kept drawing.

I want to get a hair cut.
So I drew some for my hair.

I made curry yesterday, took a bath, read and felt very good and happy.
I’ve been feeling lots of sparkles.

I’ve started reading the book of Henry David Thoreau.
I go back to the forest at night
and close my eyes and see the stars.

Wispered to the seductive illuminations
I stepped inside for a cup of tea
in my dream

I seat at this table and that table
like a white fume
in my pink chocolate dream

A rose from a man

I recently got the permit for the Artist Visa. Finally. I’ve been working on this process for two years! I can’t quit feel it until I actually get it in my hands but I feel I’m almost reaching the top of the mountain. Almost. Almost.

So I got some flowers as a gratitude for those who supported me through this process. It feels so nice to get some flowers for people. I LOVE flowers myself and try to get some for my apt at the farmers market as much as I can.

When I was packing some flowers to deliver, I realized I didn’t get myself any. No gratitude from me, I didn’t think of it. But here, a flower-man gave me a rose. It was a rainy day. So pretty on my desk.
Now, at last, my heart is tinted with a color of celebration.
